Food Vendor Application

SPACE FEE:

$575 for complete food vendor operations. Regular Electricity (40,50,60 AMP not provided) and water access provided.

$175 for 1 or 2 food setups in tent size 10x10 space (popcorn, peanuts ect.)

Please read the rules and agree to abide by them.

I do hereby release and forever discharge the Orange City Blue Spring Manatee Festival Inc. and the City of Orange City from all manner of action, suits, and sums of money, damage, controversies, claims and demand from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property. Festival staff reserves the right to refuse registration without explanation.
